Wealthscan is a cost-effective way to quickly build a pool of qualified prospects for your major gifts program. The screening process. Your donor or alumni lists (excluding your known major donors) will be screened against our unique compiled database of over 65,000 individuals the list includes many of Australia’s wealthy individuals and known philanthropists, as well as the directors of many of Australia’s top public companies, senior business people, and trustees of major foundations and PAFs. It is all information drawn from the public domain, and is held in compliance with data protection legislation and regulations. We also offer this service in New Zealand Data security and transfer We sign a confidentiality agreement prior to accepting any data which states that we will look after your data, store it securely and not use it for any other purpose than intended. It will remain in Australia at all times, and is deleted at the completion of work. Data Upload Your data is uploaded via FTP for screening to begin. Not only are files encrypted during the upload, download and transfer stages, but they're also perpetually secure in storage Output and research options We provide an initial Overview Report on our findings, which will tell you how many individuals we matched on your database with breakdowns on a range of data points including type of match, and how many matches appear on a rich list or are a PAF/Foundation Director. We don't include names at this point but do provide a small sample of the matches we have found with your list. With the overview we will give you a proposal outlining the options for purchasing information about the matches we have identified. You can select how many matches you want to purchase depending on your budget and internal resources. |
