Molly Masiello, Director
Molly Masiello is a Director at Fundraising Research & Consulting (FR&C), Australia’s leading independent prospect research consultancy. Since joining FR&C in 2014, she has provided strategic research and data-driven insights to support major gift fundraising across the nonprofit sector.
​Molly brings deep experience from previous roles at Caltech and the University of Sydney, and began her career as a librarian at the Los Angeles Public Library and State Library of Western Australia. She specializes in prospect research, data analysis and donor identification. Molly is passionate about helping organizations unlock their philanthropic potential through evidence-based fundraising strategies.

Nick Wall, Data Administrator and Researcher
Nick joined FR&C in January 2019 as Data Administrator and Researcher bringing with him robust experience in database and records management, prospect profiling and preparing grant proposals. He previously held prospect research management and grant writing positions with the University of Newcastle.

​Prior to this, Nick worked extensively in the admission and coordination of  international students at UoN. With a strong working background in the mental health sector as a psychologist, he worked closely with not-for-profit organisations such as the Schizophrenia Fellowship of NSW. He combines his work at FR&C with his legal studies.
Nick is based in Newcastle.

Kathleen Evans​
Kathleen has provided freelance research and data services to FR&C since its early days, pausing briefly  to have her two children, and now works with us from her home on the NSW south coast.

Charlotte Grimshaw, Founder and former Principal​
Charlotte has more than twenty years’ experience in the voluntary sector in Australasia and the UK. She founded FR&C in 2003, specialising in prospect and donor research, donor development and major gift/prospect management consultancy. 
She stepped down in March 2023.

​Work in the UK included Marketing and Fundraising Director for Greenpeace UK, Head of Individual Giving for the Royal Shakespeare Company, and extensive public speaking at the IFRW and UK fundraising conferences. For Greenpeace International she worked as Regional Fundraising Consultant    for the Asia-Pacific region. She was a board member for Greenpeace UK 2011-2018
