Molly Masiello, Research Manager

Molly joined FR&C in March 2014 and brings a wealth of experience in prospect research and management in the Higher Education sector. She specialises in prospect research and management, data analytics, and database management.

She held prospect research positions at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California, as well as the University of Sydney. Prior to her positions in the fundraising space Molly spent 10 years as a librarian, working at the Los Angeles Public Library and the State Library of Western Australia.

Charlotte Grimshaw, Principal ​

Charlotte has twenty years’ experience in the voluntary sector in Australasia and the UK. She founded FR&C in 2003, specialising in prospect and donor research, donor development and major gift/prospect management consultancy. 


Work in the UK included Marketing and Fundraising Director for Greenpeace UK, Head of Individual Giving for the Royal Shakespeare Company, and extensive public speaking at the IFRW and UK fundraising conferences. For Greenpeace International she worked as Regional Fundraising Consultant for the Asia-Pacific region. She was a board member for Greenpeace UK 2011-2018

Nick Wall, Data Administrator and Researcher

Nick joined FR&C in January 2019 as Data Administrator and Researcher bringing with him robust                  experience in database and records management, prospect profiling and preparing grant proposals. He      previously held prospect research management and grant writing positions with the University of                  Newcastle.
Prior to Nick’s roles in the fundraising area, Nick worked extensively in the admission and coordination of  international students studying in Australia. With a strong working background in the mental health sector as a Psychologist, Nick worked closely with not-for-profit organisations such as the Schizophrenia Fellowship of New  South Wales. He combines his work at FR&C with his legal studies.
