Governance and privacy are central to our practice. FR&C operates in accordance with Australian and New Zealand privacy legislation. Our research is based on lawful public domain information and information provided directly by clients for specific engagements.
We do not access private financial records, confidential information or sensitive personal data.
Client data is transmitted and stored securely and is retained only for the duration necessary to complete the agreed work. Data is deleted upon completion of engagement. All research is conducted by experienced analysts applying structured methodologies. Client data is not used beyond the purpose for which it is provided.
Our approach reflects established sector practice in major gift fundraising and is designed to support transparency, accountability and responsible engagement.
